About

Hello! I’m Mark McCullough, aka McBotherman. I started playing piano around the age of 7. At 13, I wanted to be in a rock band, so I started playing bass (because nobody else wanted to), and that has become my main instrument. I also play a little guitar (no, not a small guitar), and a wide variety of percussion instuments; Darbukka, Ashiko, Djembe, Hand Pan Drum…blah, blah, blah. Music was, is, and will always remain my source of love and sanity.

But, wait! there’s more! My father, who was an avid shutterbug, hooked me up with my first camera around the time I started playing bass. Photography has been my second greatest passion. I’m no Ansel Adams, but I think I have a pretty good eye, and it brings me joy!

I am always happy to work with people on their projects. If you need help with anything photo related or you wish to collaborate on a music project, please contact me. I will be glad to talk with you.

In the meantime, wander around and enjoy what you will. I’m glad that you’ve stopped in for a visit!
